KenPlayer with Fluid Player

Hello.
I have a few questions if you guys can help me with.
Did anyone tryed to combine the KenPlayer with Fluid Player?
or at least does enyone use the Fluid Player on theyrs sites if yes how?
Can you make the player start in the max resolution?

I have not done it, but I think that it could be integrated into this plugin, but this is something you would have to do on your own or hire someone to do this.
