Third party storage and streaming shut down

Openload, streamango, verystream. all down because of hosting pirated content. Webmasters having porn tubes with thousands or tens of thousands of videos hosted on those servers, are screwed big time, as they lost all their work.

Would a back up solve the issue? SImply using that back up on a different third party storage company, thus getting all the content back in a few minutes?

Theoretically the answer is a yes, but all big streaming companies that allow pirated content are going to be hit sooner or later, so it is just a matter of time in my opinion.
