You need to add the link to your homepage on your menu. I would suggest changing your permalink structure to just a post name, it is the best for the SEO and you can do it in the settings. You have to work on adding as much unique content as you can, so write your own titles for your videos.
Also, I would remove the links to your posts from the footer. They all should be displayed normally as the content and there is no need to link them anywhere else.
