You will not be able to do much with such a very low budget that you have now. If you have no experience in the media buying, you will basically burn your money and do not get any sale. You might try to free methods of getting some traffic, but without a website it will be harder but not impossible if you are ready to work hard. Check out this article:
You might try something and once you have enough cash, you might buy a domain and a cheap hosting and build a WordPress blog to minimize the investment.
I have been buying traffic for years and honestly ten bucks are not anywhere near enough for you to turn it into profits if you are just starting out. Media buying is not as easy as just purchasing ads on sites, you will need to test different variables to see what is working. You would better do some social media promotion on Twitter and try to earn some money so you can enough funds to create a website, you already can afford a domain and a hosting for a month, but you need a bit more for a theme.
