I am looking to launch an adult affiliate site and have already bought storage at 247-host through your referral link.
I was wondering if you could recommend an internet attorney before I begin? Also, would you stress importance on creating an LLC? I set up a EIN/sole proprietor out of skepticism of handing out my SSN to adult sites.
Would love to hear your thoughts as I’m trying to emerge in this as legally ethic as possible.

Welcome. First of all, I want to mention that I am not from the USA. If you need an attorney that will work with you and knows a lot about the adult industry then I can recommend guys from myadultattorney.com.
If you are going to just run an adult affiliate sites (like tube video sites, blogs, et cetera) then you do not need to worry much. Just contact some reputable consultants in your area and ask them anything.
I do not want to give you any legal advice here since I myself prefer to contact professionals and get some help from them. However, if you have some basic questions, like if I can put contact from the other tube sites on my site or something like that, then I may try to answer your questions, but like I said, it is always better to take advice from professionals in that field.
