We used Campaigner too and we found that terrible and full of problem. They don’t understand how adult things work.
We’re going to use ynotmail.com. It’s focused on adult staff. It’s a service from the same owner of Ynot. We had a quick meeting with them in Barcelona during the last Summit.

We are using Interspire and it’s very reliable. It’s basically a hosted solution, they can install it for you should you wish that.

It has spam filters and tracking for open / click rates. We never had a problem with it and we are using it for about 3 years now. You can schedule everything in advance and it always gets sent on time without a single drop.
