My site was making steady progress and climbed to a high of 24 users in one day, since then SEO traffic has gone sideways. I haven’t been able to get more users since then. Metrics such as bounce rate and session duration improved for awhile but are now stagnant.
I made my own cheesy little logo (visible on site) and that helped. currently I am adding 180 word descriptions to every video and giving them my own title as well as deleting bad videos that don’t fit the site. I am using the all in one SEO pack to write descriptions.
My site growth has been “going sideways” for awhile. How can I fix this?

You have picked up an interesting niche to create a website on. You still need to work on the content and it is all about quality over the quantity, so it is better to have 100 videos with unique titles than to have 1000 copied videos without any change.
Also, you do not need such long descriptions. You could write around 30 up to 50 words and it is the best length in my opinion and 180 words is an overkill for a tube to be honest.
I have to tell you that the logo does not look well at all and that blue font is barely visible on the dark background. For most of my niche sites I just use the text name and honestly logo makes a difference if you are running a popular tube like PornHub but for small stuff is not that important. Make sure that you have a sitemap built and there are plugins to do this and I have shared many other SEO tips for tubes on this forum, you can find them using the search feature and if you can not get anything useful, I might give you some links later on.
Haha of course it’s interesting that’s why I picked it! Right now my method is to click on a random video, watch it to get a sample, if its off topic or low quality I will delete it and if it stays I give it a description, filter it into right category, and unique title.
I know that logo isn’t the best but it decreased my bounce rate when I put it up. A better one would be even better.
Hey I got a sitemap and increased video quality over quantity, and my site just had a record 28 users in one day! We’ll see if the progress is sustained. Thanks for the help.
I still have the same logo, I might see about hiring a professional graphic artist to help me make the whole site look amazing.
