GuestHello all,
I’m currently on my way starting my first adult tube website – and I’m facing the problem around DMCA.
Do I need to specify a dedicated DMCA agent and can I get that somewhere as a service, maybe for a small fee?
Would be glad to get your answers.
PS:
I’m located outside the US but the hosting provider I’d like to use is located in the US.Regards,

KeymasterIf you are going to start an adult website, you do not need any DMCA agent, it is not required and if you will get any copyright notices, 99% of hosting providers will comply with these notices, no matter whethere they are based.
You can do everything yourself, if someone submits a false DMCA notice you can file a counter notice with ease.
It is possible to be your agent and here is how to do that:

Please let me know if it does help your or if you have any other questions.

GuestThanks for your reply.
I already read somewhere that you can also do it on your own but I don’t want to publish my real post address – as far as I read it is required to supply a postal address, providing only an email address is not enough. Is that information right or did I get that wrong? But anyway I need some kind of DMCA page that at least provides the information where to write an email to in case?
Sorry for all that questions but I already try to find out this stuff the whole week and also researching for some kind of DMCA agent service.
Best regards,

KeymasterA simple DMCA page that you can find on other porn websites with your own email address can help too.
