Keesh, I can see a few other adult webmasters say that they the same issue so you are not alone. I stopped mass importing videos some time ago so I did not notice it at all. I am pretty sure that it is some kind of bug inside the plugin and it should be fixed soon.
I’ve been trying to use the video import plugin from TubeAce and it was a bad decision to buy it. Most of the time it doesn’t get the thumbnails or the right titles and sometimes it just breaks and it’s causing server high load which slows my server down. I guess that I have to try other ones.
I am using rosa tube theme with ken importer pro. It works flawlessly but only issue that I am facing is that the importer does not import the thumbnails with videos. The website therefore looks mess.
Can anyone please help me out?

Sorry, but I can not help you much with that, since I stopped using this plugin a long time ago. I am using the one from the WP-Script and I do not have such issues myself.
The wp-script team is unresponsive, and the script is buggy. There are no post-purchase services. Nobody is available to assist me as the theme is reporting an error. There are a lot of other purchasers that are having the same issue.Wp-Script’s sponsorship is dishonourable. Finally, I switched to the wp-tube-plugin script. They offer friendly and prompt help.
