I have embeded the videos only from pornhub because it runs affiliate program so by registering my tube site to it’s
affiliate program I have thought that can avoid the DMCA issues by the video owners.
But many embeded videos from pornhub with kenplayer have another issues like “this video cannot be played. error code 122404”. Hence I have considered the other video sources such as xvidoes, xhamster etc. except pornhub.

Do you have any dmca issues when you embed the videos from xhamser, xvideos etc?
I’m afraid of so much dmca issues that can be occurred frequently.

You will get DMCA notices when you embed full length videos aka pirated ones that are not uploaded by the pay site owners to their channels, but by some unknown people. Most of the webmasters that own the content and sell it for a living will want to get such content removed from the web.

The more traffic you get, the more often you will receive such notices.

Now, if you use shorter videos that are like seven to ten minutes long (there can be exceptions to that rule), you should not get any removal notices since almost 99% it is a legal promotional content distributed by affiliates or owners themselves.

If you share amateur videos without any watermarks, chances of getting any notices are slim because they are uploaded to tubes by the actual producers (usually couples).

You just need to keep in mind, that if you add full length videos, you might find it very hard to make money promoting porn pay sites, maybe cams might do better, since users will not feel a need to sign up for a membership.

I do not have any issues with the KenPlayer, but almost all embed videos are from the XVideos so I can not tell about other tubes.

I do not agree woth this statement:

‘If you share amateur videos without any watermarks, chances of getting any notices are slim because they are uploaded to tubes by the actual producers (usually couples).’

Camgirls.are recorded without their consent, and they have the right to ask for the removal of the content, which the uploader has no copyright of. I deleted a lot of videos for certain girls and I am still doing to this day.

I think you misunderstood me or I was not being clear. I meant the amateur videos that are uploaded by actual couples that I appear in them, I did not mean cam ones 🙂

Yeah, it was not clear and easy to misunderstand. But now it is clear.
