    I payed for KenPlayer Transformer Plugin by btc. I haven’t received any mail about my order yet. The system didn’t confirm the payment. Also I couldn’t find any contact for XWP Theme. Could you please help me ?

    You should wait more and see if you receive a purchase confirmation email or not. You can contact XWPThemes’ support using this address: xwpthemes at gmail.com. It is also possible that your transaction did not go through for some reason.

    Hi,

    I sent an e-mail to that address. I used QR scan code and I triple checked every number. Therefore It’s not possible. I have screenshot of my binance transaction account and other things. I’m waiting for now.
