You need to reduce the number of the ads, especially down the page, in the footer area, because it does not look good aesthetically and also from my experience, more banners do not necessarily mean more money, because users usually click on one or two ads and if they see ten ads in a row, they most likely do not click on any. Just keep working on it, adding some original content here and there and results will come in the future. If you have some small successes, then it is good, but do not stop putting time into it.
