I have taken to google in search of an adult niche. I’ve found some that I like and have found that the domain names are available, too. When I perform google searches on certain niches, (let’s say “japanese school girls”) the first things that come up are not the URLs with the actual name of the search words (japaneseschoolgirls.com for example). What comes up first in the google search is xvids.com and pornhub.com and the big guys with their own search results page as the top hits on google. My question is this: if I owned JapaneseSchoolGirls.com, and when I saw that google searches yielded no results other than the big guys’ pages, would that be an opportunity to capitalize on a niche? Or is the fact that the big guys are already at the top of those search results that it would NOT be a good niche to crack into?
My thinking (and understanding of what I’ve read on the articles) is that you can capitalize on specialized interests. If the fact that google can’t come up with anything better that the big tube sites for results, then that seems like there just needs to be something worth clicking on in that niche that’s actually a good resource for that particular content. Is this how the whole game works? I just want to make sure I’m not thinking backwards–maybe the fact that the big tube sites are at the top of google means I should move on and find a different niche? Help me out here please and thank you…
joGuestFinal thought on this: it just seems to me that if I google “japanese school girls,” then JapaneseSchoolGirls.com should be in the top 10 results. So if it’s not in the top 10, is that a reflection of that webmaster’s lack of effort or did they take on too big of a niche?
Mr Adult AffiliateKeymasterYou can outrank the big guys if you are in a micro niche like this one. I do this all day long with my adult sites and it is definitely possible to beat them but you will need to do the hard work first.
It would be really hard and for the most of webmasters impossible to outrank tubes like the PornHub for general keywords like porn videos but for specified terms, you can do this.
Japaneseschoolgirls.com is not a real site, it is an expired domain with no content or anything on it, so it will never get good rankings that way. On the other hand, if someone would do a real SEO work on it, it could do well on the Google.
KrisGuestOn position in Google depends lots of reasons. Maybe 20 years ago it was simple. You take domain name Frome keywords put in some content and the traffic comes. Now it’s harder You can have domain name not from keywords but if You have good content with the niche so you could be higher in position
MrloloGuestAgree with Mradultaffiliate. Well niched, good content, good backlink and you will outrank all of them in 6 months according to niche difficulty level.
Good luckKrisGuestYes I agree with Mr Adult… too I think SEO for adult site it’s harder than other site (not adult)
joGuestAwesome. Thanks guys.
I’m not going to use JapaneseSchoolGirls.com, but that was just an example. What I’m hearing you say, though, is that that’s a potentially good niche because it’s actually a niche and could compete well on google with hard work. I have a few other ideas for niches I’m actually into and will start with and work hard on those.
I’m not afraid of hard work. I’m afraid that I’d pick a niche that’s too broad to compete and put a bunch of hard work into that! So I appreciate this forum and community for being a resource!
I know Mr. Affiliate has done it all, what are you other guys focused on? Tubesites or cam sites? I’m planning on doing a few cam sites for starters… -
