Hello to all forum readers, I’m going to set up my first adult website. I had experience with affiliation, but I have never promoted any adult products / services. I’m most afraid of making mistakes regarding copyright. From this information that I have read on this forum, embedding videos on a tube page using a plugin is not prohibited. I would be grateful if someone would answer to my questions below.
1. If I embed videos from other sites, will I have to shorten their time?
2. Can I embed photos from larger adult sites in order to use them on my blog? Downloading them to a computer and then using them on my own site is probably prohibited.
There are probably some things that you need to avoid like fire, which include breaking copyright laws while running an adult site. I would be very grateful if you could write about such things in the comments on this topic.You can embed videos from different sources that allow it and the length of the video will be the same as the original one. Well, you can embed photos as well 🙂
I would not recommend downloading porn scenes from paysites and then uploading them to your site, because you will be hit with the DMCA notices like mad and if you do this on a big scale, then you might even end up having some legal issues.
It depends what kind of website you want to run, but some sponsors in some niches give you free content that you can use to promote them, so you should consider doing this.
