I really like this theme from XWPThemes.com and it does look really nice and this theme is very fast. However, I would change a logo. I think that the color of the logo does not look good and it may even hurt eyes.

I think that you are on the right path. You are adding hand written descriptions and unique titles which is good. Add more content every day or so and it should get more and more traffic over time.

I would suggest you to use categories for your posts. I would not use tags, because it may trigger some kind of duplicate content issues, but if you use some categories, it may help to get some traffic but also it may help your visitors to find content on your site.

Categories which you can add are: Young, Teen, Milf, Fat, et cetera.

You can use categories, but make sure that you do not create the same categories as tags, so there is no duplicate content.

If you embed videos from other sites then there is always a chance that you add the same video many times. If you create a unique title for your videos then it will not matter if you have posted the same video many times before.

I do not really know, but it is best to just create manually a title for each video, so even if you posted it already, you will not lose any rankings due to the duplicate content.
