    I have just downloaded these two plugins, working on my first site, which is still running on my local host I have not uploaded it to the net yet.

    I’ve got it working except that I do not have thumbnails for any of my imported videos. How can I mass import thumbnails using this combination of plugins?

    I am not sure how to go around it, but I have seen people report this issue on here. For importing videos, I would suggest the Mass Embedder from WP-Script, it is definitely better.

    Is there a way to get a refund from the ken importer?

    Well, did you try to contact them about the refund? They should issue it, but it might take time.
