Hello, I recently purchased the ken importer for the retrotube theme and nothing is working. The importer does nothing. Also I tried uploading videos straight to word press, and the thumbnail wont work from any site. Im very destruct and I feel like Im in this alone. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP!?
The KenImporter plugin has not been working as it should for a long time and I warned about it on here many times. What you should get is the Mass Embedder from the WPS.
I really wish you would update your instructions, because I followed them to the tee. If you would have put a disclaimer, or just removed the information, I could have not wasted $100. will they give me a refund? What about the thumbnails not being uploaded?

Well to be honest, I am not sure if they will give you back your money, I have not been buying anything from them for years now and they seem to be run it on the autopilot but you might send them an email and tell them that you will report them to PayPal if they did not comply.

You need to add the link to your homepage on your menu. I would suggest changing your permalink structure to just a post name, it is the best for the SEO and you can do it in the settings. You have to work on adding as much unique content as you can, so write your own titles for your videos.
Also, I would remove the links to your posts from the footer. They all should be displayed normally as the content and there is no need to link them anywhere else.
