    My also doesn’t work and then I saw they don’t have support. Only some forum.
    This video file cannot be played.
    (Error Code: 102630

    WE NEED SOME ANSWERS HERE

    You dont getting any answer mate. Because xwpthemes support not active since end of 2019. Dont buy from them.

    Keep trying and it should work. I can still activate it for the new domains but maybe it does not work for new purchases aka licenses, I do not really know this.
