Visitors contract me and says that they cant play the videos after click play button its loading but doesnt play the video also sometimes after click play button it give them a error like this “the video could not be loaded,either because the server or network failed or because of the format is not supported.
I mostly embedding xvideos codes.

I am also embedding videos from XVideos and I see that the plugin works correctly on all the websites. You may share that you use the embed code from their site or use the shot code [kenplayer][/kenplayer] with the http links. Are you using the plugin bough directly from the XWPThemes or some nulled or free version?
Can you also post your site’s link, it would be easier to fix this issue if you give that information. Also, make sure you use the latest version of the plugin.
Ok, I can see you have added the site along with your post. It is bigbootylatina.org. I think that you are using some kind of SSL plugin, probably Really Simple SSL, which is causing this error. If you indeed do use this plugin, then make sure you uncheck the box Auto replace mixed content and if you do this, the videos should work.
I bought it xwpthemes and yes I use that ssl plugin okay wait I will let u know if its work.

I uncheck that box as I told u but before that I remove SSL plugin accidentally now that green color gone 🙁
Now I activated it again and still dosent work SSL thing.Any solution to both issues? 🙁The problem is with the XVideos, not the plugin. I talked with the team from XWPThemes about this issues in depth and there is nothing they can do about it. I am using this plugin on my sites which are using SSL certs and they do not have the green padlock on videos which are using the KenPlayer plugin, but it is not a big deal, because it does not mean that your site is not secure, it will just show that some of the parts of your site (in this case videos) are having mixed content issues.
I am sure that the guys from XWPThemes will find some solutions as soon as possible.
You can use the Really Simple SSL while using the KenPlayer plugin, but the box Auto replace mixed content has to be unchecked, otherwise videos will not work.
Sir I uncheck it now SSL is not secured 🙁 and still videos dont show to me 🙁

I think deactivating kenplayer plugin is the my only option sir 🙁
I opened a support ticket they dont reply me 🙁
