    Owner of xwpthemes is not active yet.I just stuck with kenplayer and I need to fix it.Any idea ? Anyone ?

    Welcome.

    I have contacted them on the Skype and they still did not reply so it is not like you only do not get any replies from them. It looks like the owner is offline and he is very busy with something outside of the online business. Hitomitanaka1802 is his handle.

    I visited your website and it does look pretty nice and I see the SSL cert is working without any issues. Just have to wait a bit longer for them to fix your issues.
