Not sure if was mentioned but one of the very first plugins I add to EVERY WP site is called “child theme configurator” and I create a child theme so that when I update the theme I do not lose my customizations as you add the new theme files over the main theme and all of your custom changes and configurations are left unaltered in the child theme directory.
Now that Child Theme Configurator plugin is going to be thoroughly checked out just as soon as I can properly read again. (I am having cataracts removed and it’s going to be awhile yet before I can get new glasses)
And I absolutely love my Infinite WP, I just wasn’t thinking of it as a plugin when I originally posted. Excellent way to manage upgrades to all of your blogs with a click~!! You just install the basic program to any of your domains and add your blogs to it using the Infinite WP Client plugin.
