GuestHi, I’m trying to configure the LiveJasmin whitelabel but I can not get it to connect to the server.
What they ask me to put is:
domain-name.com DNS “A” record to 109.71.161.136
domain-name.com DNS “A” record to 109.71.161.136
I have put these 2 records in Namecheap which is where I have the domain, but when doing the Check in Awempire it tells me that it is not correct.
Anyone who knows or has a whitelabel set up with them could help me?
Thanks.

KeymasterIt is possible that the propagation process has not been finished yet. It can take a bit more than 24 hours in unusual cases (it happens) for your new DNS to be updated.
Mari
GuestIt’s been a few days already, that’s why I think something is going wrong.
Maybe, someone who has configured some can tell me exactly what parameters I have to put, because with those I have set does not work.
Balaboit
GuestIt should have been propagated by now. I think I can help you with that. Make a screenshot with your DNS settings in namecheap. I advise you to blur the name of your white label. I want to see what you see, so I can tell you how to fix it.
Mari
GuestThe only thing I put was what it says on the whitelabel configuration screen in Awempire
ibb.co/y5k4Vq7
2 DNS “A” Records pointing to the this IP, 1 with www and the other without that

GuestI was asking for the image with the settings you put in namecheap, not with AWE dashboard. Either way, it should look like this:
A Record @ 109.71.161.136 Automatic
A Record www 109.71.161.136 AutomaticIf your settings look exactly the same, then you should tell your AWE representative that you used the correct settings, and your site is not propagated yet. Another solution is to contact namecheap support and ask them to do the settings for you. They are very helpful. AWE guys are helpful, too. So do not be afraid to ask.

GuestThanks for the info. I have put it as you told me and at the moment it has been verified.
Instead of the @ and www was putting “mydomain” with and without www
Do you know if when promoting the whitelabel, the popup of “This site contains sexually explicit material” can be removed so that it does not appear?
I give you a picture in case I have not explained myself well

Do you know if that popup always appears the first time? I say this because when promoting the page, the bounce rate increases, I suppose.

GuestI am glad I could be helpful. Mr. Adult Affiliate always answers my questions, so I think it is natural that I help when I can, too, especially since I know he is not promoting that sponsor.
Such a pop up is displayed on all the sponsor’s white labels that I work with, not only jasmin white labels. I think they are legally forced to use it, otherwise they wouldn’t have. And no, you cannot remove it, at least not from what I know, since it is not under your control.
Besides, I do not think the bounce rate is because of the pop up. It is more because there are thousands of jasmin white labels out there, and people simply close your white label as soon as they land on it, because they already know it is a copy of jasmin. Or they are already using another white label.
Imagine one of my members landing on your white label. What do you think he will do, if he is already a registered member and a paying customer on my white label? Chances are he will close yours, because he knows he landed on a website that is exactly like the one he is already using (my white label). Therefore, you need to gain your own fan base. it takes time and it is difficult now, with all the watermarks jasmin uses on white labels and with the T-shirts with jasmin name on them handed to models to wear in free chat and in photo sessions for the photo gallery. But it is doable, since I am still generating revenue with this sponsor, although many of my members migrated to jasmin or livejasmin.

GuestI was asking you because in the Streamate whitelabels there is an option to remove it and both in Chaturbate and in their whitelabels with the affiliate links that popup does not appear either.
With links like this do not appear https://chaturbate .com/in/?track=default&tour=grq0&campaign=yourid however, with chaturbate .com that appears
That’s why I was asking you if there were landings in LiveJasmin, as I’ve seen on sites like PornHub where they advertise, that no messages or popups appear on those landing pages.
Balaboit
GuestFrom what I know, in jasmin white labels you cannot remove that pop-up. It disappears the next time you visit the site, after you agreed that you are 18. Perhaps they will implement it in the future.
You can ask Bence, he knows not just a lot, but everything. 🙂 Or you can ask any other guy from AWE, they are all prepared to answer their webmasters’ questions.
