I like these two adult tube scripts and obviously, I have used both of them. I paid about $1000 (yes, that is correct) for the MechBunny script a few years ago and I have been using it on my adult sites but recently came across the WordPress tube themes from XWPThemes and I decided to give them a shot.

First of all, I want to talk about the pricing. The MechBunny script currently costs about $600 so it really expensive but on the other hand, XWPThemes’ products cost less than $40. I think that I do not need to say much in regard to this matter.

I am sure that both of them offer an unlimited domain license so you pay once for a theme and you can install it on many tube websites. I use XWPThemes’ themes on my 6 sites and they work great so far.

Now the support. MechBunny has a great support, but if you want to do some changes you will need to pay for that. XWPThemes can help you for free pretty much all the time, unless it is something which requires lots of work.

Both of these scripts can handle high traffic sites. XWPThemes even though they have WordPress themes, they can well and fast if you are on a good hosting.

I did not install the MechBunny script for my adult website, but I did that with the XWPThemes’ products and they are super easy to setup and configure. Yeah, MechBunny is pretty easy to manage, but you will need to learn first about it, but XWPThemes is even easier to handle.

I am not really sure if you can easily import videos from PornHub and other big porn sites, but XWPThemes’ import plugins work pretty smoothly.

Also, it is impossible to run the tube with the MechBunny script if you are on a managed hosting. Basically, you will need a special hosting which can be a bit expensive. The hosting prices start from about 100$ a month or so.

XWPThemes can easily run on a small hosting plan, but you will need to upgrade it once your website gets bigger.

That being said, I think that if you a new adult webmaster and you want to start your first tube site then XWPThemes is the way to go but MechBunny is a good alternative for much experienced affiliates.
