Is there anyone that had any experience with the MojoHost? I would appreciate some reviews. I have been an adult affiliate for two years and now I need to change my adult hosting that I have used from the very beginning and I wonder if they are any good? I’m on the looking out for some good alternatives.
They are quite pricey and if you aren’t techy, you will end up paying a lot for their managed support. I haven’t heard many complaints about them, really, but I have to also say that their cheapest virtual private server with the support would cost you around $90 so it’s out of the question for most of the newbies that are just starting out. They don’t have shared plans for simple adult sites which means that you would probably have to look for other hosts that are more affordable.
Two years ago I was using them and I hosted two adult sites with MojoHost.com at that time. While their tech support is great, but their pricing made me move out of them and now I can say that they aren’t anything special. I ain’t saying that they are bad or something, but you definitely can find something cheaper and offering similar services.
If you need a bare server with them, then you won’t pay much but if you aren’t familiar with web host control panels, then you will end up paying quite a lot for their support and it’s going to be an overkill for you if you aren’t on the tight budget. There are many more hosting providers that allow adult content on their plans.
