Hi guys. I saw on the adult subreddit some guys complaining that all their bookmarked myVidster videos were deleted. Do you know anything about this? I see new videos get uploaded like ever, but it’s interesting if there was some bigger spring cleaning.
I don’t know if the discussions on reddit you have seen are the same as the ones I have seen, but I am 99% sure the ones I have read about have lost videos that were pirate videos that has escaped the usual DMCA requests, although I have seen 1 or 2 people saying some of their own uploaded videos have been deleted, so maybe they are cleaning shop, or possibly they are trying to make their site compliant with a law somewhere… But my guessing is its possibly guys complaining they have lost their links to pirated vids (if its the same threads I have been reading)…
I remember months ago I googled “porn movies” and ended up on a MyVidster page that presented me with a fake ransom ware virus, fake in that all I had to do was call up the Task Manager and close the browser to end the episode. There was an actual video of the page, or appeared to be. So perhaps they’ve were also cleaning up stuff like this. Who knows. All I know is that it left a blemish on MyVidster in my mind, I’ll never visit the site ever again.
