Has anyone else experienced Paxum adding money to your card? I took $300 out the other day, it came off my card fine and I have the cash, but when I checked online a couple of days later, they’d added it back onto my adult account (and charged me $7.00 for doing so). I’m very happy to accept it, of course, but a bit worried that they might just take it back again without asking.
Never had a card company give me an ATM withdrawal back of no apparent reason.
Has this happened to anyone else?
No, but I would leave it in there and drop them a note asking about it. Are you able to determine if it’s a different deposit than the one you withdrew already?
No… not had that happen to me.
Not happened here either, but then i tend not to use the card now EFT’s are back… I can just imagine everyone running to check their Paxum accounts right now.
I wonder if it was a bank error. I used it again yesterday, so I’m going to have a look at the account later and see if that withdrawal was a debit or credit. Meanwhile, I’ll keep the ‘bonus’ in there in for a while and then let them know if it’s not taken back. Always best to be honest.
