I stopped working with tube affiliate programs a long time ago. Not only their rates are low, especially for the best geos, but it’s hard, sometimes impossible to get hold of them if you have some bugs with their API, which happens often if you’ve a website with lots of embedded videos. Adult webmasters need to realize that they’re more profitable monetization methods so you aren’t tied up to HubTraffic and like.
I have tested HubTraffic on one of my adult sites for a month and I am going to share with you my own experience so hopefully, it helps others that are thinking about monetizing with them.
First of all, I am 100% sure that they do not count all visitors that you are sending them. My tube gets 20,000 unique visits a day and most of it comes from the search engines and they are counting only 500 of them.
Another problem is that if you have a lot of traffic from good GEOs, you will be paid like only $0.25 for 1000 per thousand because the rates are extremely low. So you will make a few coins unless your traffic is really huge and I am talking about millions of hits per month.
I gave up on them, even though I was just ten bucks before reaching the payment threshold, but I have seen many instances of webmasters not getting paid by them.
So if you think of working with porn tube affiliate programs like HubTraffic or you should consider checking out some reputable CPA networks like Crak or cam sponsors and you can earn some good money with them (especially if you are getting organic visitors).
