    I got the site setup, have configured 4 sites with affiliate codes, I have a source of traffic to send have just been waiting till its ready.

    Is there anything else beneficial I should do first before activating the seo plugin and having the site crawled & start sending traffic to it?

    Is there any way to get myfreecams on the site?

    Just make sure that your site is filled with its content (in this case cam embeds).

    You can not use the live rooms from the MyFreeCams because they simply do not have an API to pull the date from it.
