    Hey guys,

Do you push sex toys? I’ve noticed that most toy companies pay around 25% on toys. Right now I have it set up to pay 15.00 payout per fifi sold for adult affiliates. Do you think it’s a good idea to maybe add at 25% option? What works best for you?

I am looking to add more options and products to fifi in 2017. We’ve already added sex toy warmers, warming lube, and cock rings.

I’d love any feedback you have. I am all ears.

    Thanks guys!

The problem for me is that toys or adult dating never sold so I don’t bother. Ive maybe had one or two sales over the years compared to a huge amount of membership sales, so it just never seems worth the effort. I think perhaps its different on other sites.

Ditto. When I tried physical products there was no money in them (for the affiliate). Now, if I could become an affiliate of a big brand like Fort Troff, that would be different – people buy enough there to make it worthwhile.

just took a look at fifi sexy toy for men from google. it’s a generic white site with no pictures on the main page, a video with a faceless dressed woman that allows you to switch to a faceless generic man, and three customer reviews at the bottom of the page that talk about pussy and women. the product is a masturbation sleeve, and there’s nothing to trigger a horny guy at all. and the music on that video has to be the least sexy music ever…

payout won’t matter if your site won’t sell potential customers into pulling out their wallets.

    @ironpan,

yeah, but fort troff’s site not only has TONS of personality, but there’s all those exclusive videos, hot men and the writing is hot. most sex toy sites show generic pics of the toy, put up the publisher’s description, their site is similar to other sex toy sites and there’s nothing to catch the eye or get members horny or interested.

btw, why can’t you become an affiliate of fort troff’s? they do have a program.

Fort Troff is impossible to deal with if you live outside of the USA, they make international affiliates jump through hoops.

I tried once or twice years ago and they wouldn’t have me. I think it was because I did bareback, but now everyone on Tumblr seems to be their affiliate, so maybe they’ve changed their criteria.

From my experience, there’s not a lot of money in adult toys, despite what people claim.
It’s almost impossible for a retailer to make money selling toys in this market, never mind affiliates.

The money in sex toys is almost exclusively made by the manufacturer and first-level distribution/retail. Anyone below that is making so little money it’s generally not worth the time.

    GetFifi sells and sells well.
Anyone who won’t promote it because the site isn’t pretty enough… well, more money for us.

We’ve done well with their products and are happy with the pay per sale. We wouldn’t switch to a revshare unless it made sense mathematically (i.e. worked out better).

Thanks for everything and for working with us for special promotions. Awesome product, our surfers love it.
