GuestI’m seeing the tmdhosting plans and I’m confused …
Sorry for my doubts … but I need a lot of help.
Mr Adult Affiliate advises on the post “How To Start A Porn Site And Make Money In 2019 – The Definitive Guide” to begin with the STARTER CLOUD plan $ 5.95 … so come the questions in my mind …1- What is the difference between SHARED WEB HOSTING and CLOUD WEB HOSTING, since the values are very close?
2 – just put the extra services like: Domain Privacy (ID Protect), Sitemap Generation,
Google Search Console Integration,
Google Analytics Integration and Sitelock Basic (if possible, I would like a brief explanation of each of them).3- How much of my daily traffic will my website support with SHARED WEB HOSTING or CLOUD WEB HOSTING plans?
4- in the CLOUD WEB HOSTING plan,
STARTER CLOUD 5.95 per month … it says that I have unlimited storage ssd, so would it be possible for me to upload my videos directly to the server, or is it better to continue with the method of incorporating the videos?tmdhosting prices are really very good! I could have asked the sales team about my doubts, but I was not very comfortable, since their intentions are to sell, so as you have experiences it is better to ask questions for you.
forgive my English, I’m Brazilian and I live in Rio de Janeiro, I understand little of English. thank you all!

KeymasterThe main difference between the two services, is that the Cloud packages come with twice the amount of system resources, compared to the basic webhosting packages. That being said, the more the resources – the better you can expect the website performance to be.
Shared plans are cheaper and I would not really use the cloud plan if you are just starting out and you do not have a large site. Once you do have one, you should be able to upgrade to it anytime in the future and pay only the difference.

GuestMr. Adult Affiliate, why would you choose a shared hosting? Your site can get penalized if another webmaster sharing your IP does black hat stuff. So even if you have a small site, why risk everything because of a shared hosting?
And there is abother difference between shared and cloud on TMD: their cloud hosting has dedicated IP, so you do not share the same IP with another webmaster. I asked them, and they clarified this for me.

KeymasterIf you are short on the money then you can start on the shared server and once you have enough funds, you can upgrade. I have used the shared hosting before and never got penalized by search engines.
Now, if you have a budget for the cloud hosting, then, by all means, go with it.
