Mine sales were 8% higher than January 2016.
Not a bad result for an affiliate, but not a great either… in fact it is depressing Why? Because my traffic on my adult site was 113% higher than January 2016 (not a really correct comparison since last January I was put on Google hiatus for 26 days which obviously killed more than half of my traffic) But still… that’s not a great comfort.
January was really good, sales up by 20% compared to Jan 2016. More traffic too, so I can’t complain. Still expecting there to be another slump.
Compared to January 2016… Overall traffic was up an even 100%. Traffic on my adult affiliate sites was up 35%. But revenue was only up 20% (disappointing considering traffic was up 100% – but seems to be par for the course these days).
Month to month, January was down from December (but December was a pretty good month for me). January started off OK, then sales went into a slump in the middle of the month. There were a few good days at the end of the month, but not enough to bring the averages up.
January was spectacular!
Since upgrading my porn site, and targeting new keywords, traffic has increased 112% over last year and sales are off the charts!
I think Galvin is right, there will be another slump, or a few more, but I think 2017 is looking real good. I’m hopeful and inspired.
JAN was up a little from DEC but not quite as good as NOV which was crazy. We had a good start in JAN, then was a little worried mid-month. Thankfully we had a strong finish which averaged it out.
January rocked for me personally.
My sales were up 40% over last January.
My sales per day have almost doubled over November and they’re up over December, which was better than November.
And I’ve discovered a couple of new sponsors who are proving to be very productive.
Overall, January was a very good month. Very encouraging.
January was our best month ever in our business history from everyone including DVD, VOD, paysites, memberships, affiliates. It was great. Crossing our fingers that it continues.
I was having a really good month after crappy Nov and Dec. This was my second best month ever after June last year. (money wise) It’s not that my traffic converts better but it is that I get a lot more traffic from Google..Conversion wise, not that better than last month.
