When I click on a video thumbnail it always gives one of a few different error messages. If the video is from pornhub it will sometimes play, Sometimes it says “This video has been deleted. Don’t worry we have tons of others here:”
Other times it says “This video file cannot be played (Error Code: 102630)”
On the Kenplayer transformer dashboard it has a small error message that says “file_get_content disabled” This is different than on my other tube site, How do I change it?
I am using the retro tube theme from wp-scripts. and the mass embedder from them as well.
Mr Adult AffiliateKeymasterThis is one of the issues with the KenPlayer and I do not think that we can do much about this. If you refresh the page, the video should load properly.
You need to open a ticket on your hosting and they will enable the file_get_content for your server.
BalaboitGuestWhat free plugin do you use for checking broken links? I know about broken links checker, but from what I read, it slows down your site quite considerably.
Mr Adult AffiliateKeymasterWPS has the plugin that checks for broken videos and links on your WordPress adult site, it is quite good.
socilyGuestHi, MrAdult!
If you found broken links with WPS checker what you were doing with these posts? Do you delete or edit them? It’s happened that I have them plenty now what has never been before.
PamGuestThats a good question.Especially when the post with the deleted video is already ranked in google. I mean if you delete the entire post/url you loose you traffic. Do you replace the video with a similar one? And will that have any effect in terms of SEO? What do you recommend Mr affiliate?
socilyGuestHi Pam) But if replace the deleted video for a similar one anyway the post’s slug (sexy-brunette-blowjob) would be different or at least having some number at the end (sexy-brunette-blowjob-2)
PamGuestHi Socily,
In case you replace with the same or similar video, you can just change the embedded code with the new one. That will not change your url. At least in wordpress. I am just not sure whether this is a good practice in SEO
BalaboitGuestI know about all of Dylan’s products. I am one of his old customers, before wp-script was well-known. If my current porn site starts making money, I will be interested in buying their lifetime products plan. But I was asking for a free one at the moment.
