Has anyone noticed how some Twitter folks will follow you, send you a spammy direct message to buy their product and when you don’t respond they unfollow you within 12-24 hours? I’ve been getting a lot of this lately.
Here we are selling porn and most of us don’t do that, do we? I don’t. I might send the odd direct message to say hello or tell someone I like the content they tweet, but I don’t hit them up and tell them to sign up at one of the adult sites I promote.
Your thoughts?
Turn off messages from strangers. Put it back to the old communication settings that you both have to follow each other for there to be DMs.
Its a trend on social media to gain follow numbers. Its happening big time in Instagram. You just have to pay no mind to it and care about those that Want to follow you.
