Just wondering, what countries have you found buys porn?
Apart from the USA / UK, what other big countries buy porn? Does Italians buy porn? How about Germans..?

I was looking at my CCBill and StrongBox stats a few days ago and thinking about this very topic.Aside from US and UK most of my foreign members are from Germany and Canada with a small few from France, Spain, and The Netherlands. The guys from Germany seem to log in the most frequently.
well it depends but i mostly see US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and to a lesser extent the other EU countries… Japan is on the list too but with me they mostly do DVDs…
My sales come in order from these countries: US, Germany, Canada, UK, France, Brazil, …

our stats show the u.s., uk, japan and germany as the top buyers for years. i find that there are a lot of canadian and french surfers, but neither converts as well as those first four countries, nor do they convert as well as iceland or norway for me, although there are lots less surfers from those countries. spain does okay, and muscle does well from italy although with other porn the italian traffic seems to be more surfers than buyers for me.

I have to say, I have not been happier regarding bandwidth and traffic as I am now after redirecting by language and IP all countries not listed above.
I did this a little over 2 months ago, now my traffic and bandwidth is down over 60% with sales the same.
It was a big leap, but now that I’ve done it I know it was a good move.

Germany slightly higher than UK (if you take Germany + Austria + Switzerland than it’s much higher).
We do very well in Japan. All of our tours are translated to Japanese language with Geo IP set up, so anyone in Japan will see our sites in Japanese language (with affiliate codes passed through so if you have any Japanese traffic they will automatically go to our Japanese tour and you get full credit for any sales). Our sales in Japan have more then doubled as a result of this.
We are now doing the same thing with French and have already translated a couple of sites, we are hoping to see a similar result.
I guess it all comes down to what content is offered. Germans seem to adore bondage. The Dutch are into paying for tranny. Italians seem to like role-play. (This is my personal research.)
So unless you ask “what is your niche and what is the biggest group of members” then I guess I can’t really answer other than saying the French and German market is big for us next to USA/UK.
