You need more SEO text on your homepage. It is not enough what you have there, something like 200 words. It is good that you change the titles and add the description for your videos but they do not need to be so long, I usually have like three or four sentences and I believe that it is actually better because you do not repeat yourself and it is definitely less time consuming to write.
Also, remove the separate words because they look really spammy and this strategy might work a few years ago but now Google does not see it as favorable.
Thanks for the reply. I paid some one for those strategies. I always wonder why I have to type a 150 word description and the seperate words. They do take lots of time to write like you say.
Do you know of a similar website which is doing well that I can reference for ideas?
I am getting a couple of visiters but not enought. I am posting pictures and links on twitter.

You can see how video descriptions can be done on MyLust.com, it is not the only good way to do this, but an example if you will.
You have to keep working hard and testing and learning from what you do so you can improve. It is not like you will get thousands of views overnight.
