Hi,
I got everything almost setup in terms of installing hosting my tube site but what type of disclaimers etc do i need to put on my tube sites? I already have the RTA wordpress plugin installed.

P.s. i do need to ad that my tube site will only used embed video’s. there will not be any uploads from me or site users. Also my niche is for a majority more 2d/3d videos focused but there will be some real person adult video’s here and there.
If you are going to run a tube that embeds videos from other sources, it would be great to have a few pages. Definitely you should add the DMCA page and make sure to add your contact information there. You might also create the Private Policy, Terms Of Use and 2257 pages, but the last one is important. If you have no idea what include in those, you can pattern yourself on the ones you can find on the site like MyLust.com.
