If you’re in a scenario where the browser refuses to set a cookie (for whatever reason), how good are the leading affiliate solutions (CCBill, NATS, etc.) at still crediting the adult affiliate with the sale? They’d have to use things like IP address and some sort of fingerprint (e.g. user agent) to determine it’s the same person. If the cookie would be for say 30 days, how long do the alternate methods work for? A day? An hour?

In CCBill the sponsor sets up what methods of tracking to use as you can see when you look at stats.
Sponsors that choose to can have IP address tracked but the records are only stored for 24 hours.
