In your personal experience, how soon after your very first blog did you decide to start a 2nd one?
What was the deciding factor that made you say: ” Okay, I am ready to start on a brand new site.” ?

Ebn_flowI have been a webmaster for ages and there is no rule that I have for that. Sometimes I create a new site when I find an interesting domain or when I want to test a new niche. If you can manage more projects at the same time then I do not see why you should not start another one.
I create a new blog when I have built up enough content (I usually add like 200 videos) on my existing one.
