I can’t stand it from people not being able to get a hold of adult affiliate programs and just crappy support. If you can’t even get support from the program makes you wonder if their customers are even getting support or if you are even going to get paid. It should also be super easy to get support, find a link and send a ticket and get a response. If I can’t figure out how to get to customer support then there is an issue. I’ve always provided the best support and continue to because this shit drives me nuts.
johnnynightGuestI seriously take support into consideration when it comes to doing business with people, like you mentioned imagine their customers support!
poor support = unhappy people = poor retention rates.
If you make the simplest requests or support frustrating or in some cases impossible, then you’re just shooting yourself in the foot. Don’t run a customer-driven business if you aren’t willing to do what it takes to keep’em happy!GranifynGuestIt’s something I’ve struggled with for the last 20 years. Majority of programs dont respond quicky if at all. A lot of our time is spent trying to get hold of site owners just so we can promote them and make them more sales. I never understood it, such easy money and extra sales for site owners and so little we need from them. It’s simply bad business.
fragskGuestIts very frustrating trying to reach out to other programs and try and do deals. Also hard to reach out to site owners, blog owners etc. We do have straight sites, and its so much easier on that side to reach out and maintain good business relationships. Though the few I have really reached out and gotten through too in the gay market, are some of my best relationships.
But it does amaze me at how hard it is to reach or get an answer or even an email address for the top sites!
