all plugin that i buy from xwpthemes such as kenplayer tranaformer and pornhub importer now not working and the support from xwp are suck all my question and the other question not get an answer?anyone here have problem like me?
i have been using the kenplayer plugin for three weeks and it works right now. i don’t have any problems with this. maybe you’re doing something wrong?
yea maybe i’m doing wrong on my website,that’s why i’m asking to xwpthemes suport cause i’m not technical guy, but like i said before no answer from their support u can see on the suport forum of their web no one get answer,FYI till yesterday Ken transformer work great i used this plugin for 4 month,when i see many problem at the forum support, now the problem got me..who know tomorrow will be your..
what issue you have? does it occur only with the one site or all? it might be something temporary, who knows.
You guys probably haven’t tried WP Script. They are more expensive and don’t even have a support forum and they are a joke compared to XWPThemes.
Did you just update your WordPress to 5.0 version? It might cause your issues. You might use this plugin wordpress.org/plugins/disable-gutenberg/ and see if it helps you.
Kenplayer importer not playing any video from pornhub and xvideos i don’t know from other site,i’m still using wordpress 4.9.8,i think XWP guys are going vacation,since i see his replay for 2 weeks ago..
It is strange because XVideos And PornHub videos are working properly with the KenPlayer plugin now on my websites.
Xvideos working well now bt not HD,only pornhub still can’t play
