Sorry, I can not tell this for certain since I am not using this plugin any longer but I think that they support YouPorn and Xvideos, but you might have to ask them about this.
You will need a player that supports and WPS player does it. The last time I have checked, the KenPlayer plugin has not had it integrated yet.

There are many ways to buy backlinks these days. You can search for sites on Goolge and just contact the webmasters using the contact forms, you can also use forums like this one or GFY (there is a section for this) where they sell them. But always make sure that the links you are purchasing are on the websites that are ranking on the Google for some keywords and it would be even better if they are in the similar niche to yours.
Of course it is better to have a multiple niche sites, you should create one including them all only if they are very related, but otherwise, I would not recommend doing this.
It is a good feature, but it is always better to post unique content and if you do this, you have higher chances of getting ranked for your keywords.
