You are totally right MRA! A banner or ad that offers an up front call to action such as save 50% now, will prompt double to sometimes triple the click throughs, taking the customer that much closer to joining. It does not always increase the joins, but it might get them there, whereas a plain banner without the call to action special offer may have been passed on by. In many cases if they like what they see and don’t join right now, they’ll come back the next day or later in the week or in our case they have a whole month to come back and join, whereas you’d get credit for the sale.
