Honestly I only promote adult cams these days so I do not need it since I know what converts best for me after I test a few sponsors and I prefer to work with them directly since AdSpyGlass takes 10% of your traffic for using them, so if you make $5000, they will charge $500 for their service.
I think that it would be great if you have a general tube and you do not target any specific market (like big tits niche).

No, I have not done this. As I said, I only focus on cams now but if your site is related to sex games or if you think that it could do well with your traffic, then test it and see how it goes 🙂
