I’m spending quite a lot of time sending multiple emails for my adult sites with the same content from my hotmail account because it only allows 50 email addresses at a time, and I think 300 a day. So sometimes it takes me weeks to do a single mailout.
Does anyone know of a better and inexpensive way of getting out a lot of emails at once?
I use eZine Director. Its $20 a month and I have hundreds of thousands of emails. You can link to porn in the mails but if you use preview photos in it, you have to blur the private places or censor them.
We use PHPList for our affiliate mailings.
I’m actually working on a simple app to send e-mails. But right now it would just send text e-mails, not HTML formatted e-mails. I could add support for attachments…

Same here. I see they also offer a hosted beta version of PHPlist now. That should be worth trying out.

I love email. There is so much crap everywhere online now flashing in your face and taking ages to load, that receiving something that is all plain text and pure content is very nice.
Obviously the main problem now is spam and many people aren’t on top of that, so it destroys email for them as a service and experience.
