    I saw a couple of discussions on the other site regarding CCBill and problems with their payments.

    We asked for a manual payment in order to close the fiscal year 2017. They claim to have sent it last week (SEPA) but so far nothing has been in our bank account. The bank confirmed that nothing “tried” to hit our account.

    CCBill support keeps telling us that they have to wait for a “payment specialist” and that a SEPA wire can take up to 7 business days to reach the beneficiary account. Probably they don’t know that SEPA – according to European laws – should be cleared on the beneficiary account within 24 hours and usually it’s cleared the same day.

    Anybody else have problems with CCBill payments?

    ccbill has sent us checks every week since 1999, since I am in the adult industry, and except for weeks with holidays, there’s only been a handful of times we haven’t had our checks by the end of the same week they were sent. that being said, we have nothing done manually, which leaves more of a margin for error, incompetency or issues – not just with ccbill but with any company.

    We get paid via ACH and it hits our account on time like clockwork every week – no issues so far.

    I suggest you get in contact with Gary or Paul over there, they’ve always taken care of any issues for me very quickly.
