    Hello Mr.A

I’ve been reading through your blogs and information and I wanted to say I really appreciate the way in which you present the information as well as carry yourself.

I am very interested in starting my first site and I’m willing to put in the work for it. I am also very happy to use the links you provided so you may earn some commissions.

I will do more research into domain names and what not and will take the leap in the next week or two. I am completely new to this, but hey, I was completely new to everything that I’ve ever enjoyed and became good at.

    Thanks again!

    Gavin

Thanks for your reply. I do have a couple of questions:

    1) I’ve read that WP themes and plugins are not recommended because they are slow to load and are at risk of getting hacked? Is that true?

    2) How is is possible that one can upload videos from other big sites and not get in trouble with the site or the original content creator for making money off their videos?

    Thanks so much.

To be honest all software you use is risky at some level. If you use tools that are constantly updated for security vulnerabilities (and others of course) then you are going to be fine. The stuff that I recommend here is used by thousands (if not millions) of adult affiliates (including myself) without getting hacked at all.

The thing about is that the big tubes let people upload their stuff in good belief, but when they receive the takedown notice about the particular video, they delete it. Now, most of the pirated content from big studios get deleted sooner or later, but most of the stolen amateur content never get taken down because the original creator does not even know that how to take it down or he/she is not aware of this situation.

Thank you for your answers and insights!

To follow up, so if I were to open a tube site, then all the content I am uploading will essentially be copyrighted stuff, coffect?

So my understanding is, there is so much content out there and so many tube sites, that it is hard for a publishing house to track and contact everyone who is using their videos for profit, yes?

And, if they tried to sue someone for using their material and making money off it, the costs involved in a legal action outweighs the income from the video? Is this a correct understanding?

How often have you got take down notices from anyone?

    Cheers and Merry Christmas!

Are you going to actually host it on your server or use embeds? Big companies such as BangBros can afford to hire DMCA agents to find their stolen content and remove them, but most of the small guys (especially amateur ones) do not have means to do this.

The reality is that very rarely adult tube owners get sued, because most of them receive a notice and they deleted the copyrighted content but some big fishes can go after you if you keep adding their stuff and they sure can afford to do this.

I get only a few such notices per month and I run dozens of adult niche sites, but first of all, my manly focus is on the amateur cams and I embed videos from other tubes.

Please, the next time create a separate topic for your queries.
