What would you do to make my adult website voyeurboss better?

I assume your website is voyeurboss.com.
If I were you, I would just put the ads either on the left sidebar or on the right one. Why? Because surfers generally do not like ads and it is kinda distracting for them. Change that for a one or two weeks and see the results.
I think you could use the video player that will not show any ads from tube sites. The kenplayer works quite well for that.
I can see that you are repeating the same titles on your video posts a three times. Do not do that, you should add some short, funny scene description. It can be 10 words or a little bit more, but it needs to be unique.

I like the layout of your website but I think it would look better (less distractive) without the background image. The logo itself is not bad, so you can keep as it is. I agree with the MrAdultAffiliate, you should add more unique if you want to rank your website higher.
