    Hi!

I downloaded the version 3.3, I extracted the files, and now I get this:

    ibb.co/kX32sA

How do I install this plugin? It should be just a file that I select and then click INSTALL, this is how it was until now. I am lost.

You have to select that folder and then right click on it and choose the compress option or add to archive, depending which operating system you are using and choose the ZIP archive format and then upload this archive file to your dashboard.

This video demonstrates how to do that:

Thank you! Now it makes sense. I was using Nick’s reply to me, which told me to unzip it, not to compress it.

‘Its because you need to unzip that zip folder first there are 2 zipped files inside it, the plugin and the theme, its one of those 2 that you installā€¦’

    Hi,

Not Zip Unzip, once you do click on the unzipped folder, you should see 2 files in it:

    wp-cam-builder.zip
    robo-mondeo-zip

    Select wp-cam-builder.zip and upload

    Regards,

    Nick

That is what I did at first, Nick. And now I did it again, I unzipped, and I chose wp-cam-builder.zip file, and I get the same message when I try to install it:

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: wp-cam-builder.zip

SSL activated! Don’t forget to change your settings in Google Analytics and Webmaster tools. More info.

    Unpacking the packageā€¦

    Installing the pluginā€¦

    Destination folder already exists. /home/userx/domains/domain-name/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cam-builder/

    Plugin installation failed.

    Return to Plugin Installer

Please do not approve my reply post to Nick! I will rewrite it, because my site’s name can be seen there. Or if you can approve it, but first delete my site’s name first, that is fine.
