    Hi,

I plan on starting an adult site which will have quite a few different angles, both hand picked porn clips in various categories I find, as well as my personal reviews of some paid sites etc. Additionally I plan to write about education/information type of interesting articles.

My question is, when you advice writing unique content to get search engine traffic etc…how do you end up having much content on image or video based posts on the blog.

For e.g let’s say I create a blog post of my top 20 “interracial cuckold videos”…and I hand pick my 20 fav ones I find on you xhamster, porbhub etc and embed them…are you suggesting that I add written content to each of those videos too? The vids with their original titles are self evident are they not? It’s not like people are interested in short descriptions of each video. They’ll straight just watch the videos right?

So where is the opportunity to create much “unique” content to a topic(porn) which is mainly driven by visuals rather than text?

Other than some actual articles I plan on having, I’m not seeing the opportunity to have much text.

Would be grateful for your advice.

    Thanks!

You do not have to write descriptions for each video, but you can test and check out what kind of posts do the best for your niche.

I think if you add embedded videos along with your posts and reviews, you should do well.

If it is going to be a review site then you will need text and your visitors will also expect lots of it, but if you add some pictures and videos here and there, you should keep your visitors on your site for a bit longer.

I think that you might create review posts and then also add blog posts which will be filled with embedded videos, pictures or something other than usual reviews.

Take a look at what your competitors do. I think that you might do something similar to what MrPinks do. On his main site (mrpinks.com) he reviews porn sites and on his blog (blog.mrpinks.com) he posts on all kinds of porn related topics.

Thanks for your quick response. Much appreciated!

One more question – I was looking at kinky-blogging.com as an option to host my site. It’s wordpress, subdomained I guess. No hassle with separate hosting etc.

Do you think it’s cool to create my site on that platform, or do you still advise going the solo route of getting domain and hosting etc?

    Thanks 🙂

I do not think it is worth in this day and age to use free hosts because there are so many things that can go wrong and it is just not worth it anymore. For less than $3 a month you can have your own website without any restrictions that would come with free services like kinky-blogging.com or blogspot.com.

For hosting adult sites I recommend and use these two:

    HawkHost

    247-Host

If you use any of these two links, you will get a discount for your first month. They are managed so they will help you with creating your site, adding the domain et cetera and if you use WordPress which I suggest you to use, then you will learn everything quickly.

It is better to invest a few dollars and sleep safely than to have all kinds of issues almost every day which are inevitable if you go the free route.

It will costs you about $3 dollars a month for your hosting and about $10 a year for your domain and WordPress is free and it can be installed within a few clicks, without zero technical knowledge.

Of course you can buy themes, plugins and all kinds of things, but it is not necessary.

You can buy your domain on NameCheap (my affiliate link here: https://mradultaffiliate.com/go/namc/) or NameSilo. I use both of them and I have heard lots of bad things about other ones like GoDaddy so I can only recommend these two.

You can get a domain through the hosts that I mentioned above as well so there will be less hassle for you, but it is better to keep domains separate from the hosting.

So the first thing you need to get is a domain name, then hosting and then if you have these two things, your hosting will help you set up a WordPress site on your domain name.

By the way, make sure that your domain is relevant to your niche. So if you want to start a review site where you will review only big boobs paysites, then get something like bigboobsreviews.com or bigtitssites.com or something similar.

Also, it is always better to get a dot com extension and do not get any weird extensions like .xyz. Check out this post for information on that topic: https://mradultaffiliate.com/how-to-choose-a-domain-for-your-adult-website/

I think that blog posts along with some good videos should do well. Only text will turn off lots of people but if it is going to be a review site then lots of text is needed. Check out what top guys are doing like Rabbitreviews. They not only post review posts but they add some other interesting stuff so go study them and you will get tons of ideas for sure.
