Believe me No producer is surprised by piracy, the way I like to put it is “we do our best” but the honest truth is EVERY studio every adult affiliate promotes content is all over the free web duplicated 200-300 times within hours of the scene being released, then its a race to get them removed as soon as possible. The honest truth is that if a studio hired enough people to remove 100% of their piracy on a daily basis, they would not be able to keep up with operating costs, pirates are clever, its easy to surf to the content but it takes 10 times longer to extract the links as they cloak them, use redirects, use captchas, use stream defense tools, (making an automated system almost impossible) you basically need to read the source code manually with a lot of pirate sites to get the links and video urls.

I always see people say XXX Site has no piracy they do a great job, people need to use thier methods… What this means is people have never found their piracy on a main tube, as I see content daily from every single porn site in business (and a lot from sites dead for 10+ years)… we remove on average 5000 files/videos a month (with about 0.01% being on real tubes) and we estimate we get rid of 75% (the other 25% would just take a stupid amount of man hours due to the security measures used by the pirates, and sadly has to be regarded as collateral damage, we cant hire 50 staff full time to take care of this 25% and even then we couldn’t possibly get it all), I think last month we removed 9000, and 4000 so far this month, with 70% being manually reported 10% from a system we built and 20% removed automatically by porn guardian. But we are a smaller studio producing 1 scene per week, if you do 2-3 scenes a week or more then you would be looking at avg 10000-15000 files a month needing removal, its a near impossible task. Pirates are also using better and different methods to get the files from us, remember it only takes a single pirate to get the video and its shared across a dark web network to be everywhere within hours.

There’s a dedicated studio piracy fighting section on this forum that most studios participate in, I will mention these 2 sites over there for people to explore, I can already see they use jump links and is organised in a terrible way to navigate this in a fast way. But thanks for bringing them up, I know 1 of them we didn’t know about, the other we do.

I have spoken about in the past, its not about not caring about the piracy its just the physical possibility of trying to get rid of it. I’ve not seen many new pirate sites appear recently, but on that note not seen any of the older ones die recently either, as soon as one does it reappears as a new one in days, and these bloody streamcherry and openload embed sites are the bain of my bloody life, a pirate can duplicate files onto thier accounts in seconds from another pirate, and when you DMCA only the copy you target gets removed not the copies at 100000x pirates that have copied it.
